Order Status
Has my order shipped?
Click the account icon upper-right or the my account link in the footer menu to check your orders status. Shipping updates with tracking will be sent to you when in process.
How do I change quantities, cancel or edit my order?
Please contact customer service to edit your order.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is processed for delivery you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check my account for shipment details.
My order didn't arrive.
In my account check the order fulfillment status. If your order displays "delivered", check with your shipping department to confirm if your order has arrived. If they have not, please contact customer service for assistance. You will receive notifications when the order is ready to ship, when it is on it's way, and when it is delivered.
Items are missing or damaged in my shipment.
Please contact customer service immediately.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will ship out the same day - Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will ship next business day.
Product pages may provide more information on availability for a specific item. After placing your order, check the my account page to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when your order has been prepared to ship.
How much is shipping?
K-Swag offers $20 flat rate shipping to branch offices outside of ON and QC. Simply select the pick-up shipping option for your local branch at checkout. Shipments are sent out via KPMG's mailroom in Vaughan, ON 3 times a week. You can expect your order in 3 to 5 days.
K-Swag offers FedEx Ground® and Priority Overnight® accross Canada. Rates vary based on address and weight of cart contents. Proceed to checkout with your order to receive the shipping cost.
How do I return or exchange a product?
If you are unhappy with your order or need to exchange a product please contact customer service. Customer service will need to know your order number and email address. You must return the items within 30 days of the purchase date. A $10 restocking fee will apply.
I received damaged product or the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product or your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Pricing and billing
What are my payment options?
K-Swag currently offers credit card or invoicing payment options. During the checkout process you may choose one of the available payment options. For invoicing, you must know your KPMG account information, comprised of company code, business code and cost centre code. Local campus code may be required for campus recruitment orders.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is calculated based on the provincial tax of the shipping address.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Visit the my account page to view order information. Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address on file.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately and should appear within 24 hours of an order being placed. Charges will appear from SVS Marketing.

How do I find product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may; (1) browse by category in the "Shop" navigation menu to reveal product collections. Collections can be filtered to home in on the perfect product. (2) Click the magnifying glass icon, (upper-right) and type a keyword into the search field.
