K-Swag shipping policy

Same day shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will ship out the same day - Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will ship the next business day.

Flat rate

K-swag offers $20.00 flat-rate shipping to provinces outside of ON and QC. Select pick-up and your local branch office at checkout. Shipments are sent out twice a week from KPMG's mailroom in Vaughan, Ontario. You can expect your order in 3 to 5 business days. Free flat rate shipping is available for special offers at KPMG's discretion. 

Carrier rates

K-Swag offers FedEx and Canada Post* across Canada. Rates vary based on address and weight of cart contents. Proceed to checkout with your order to receive the shipping cost. 
*Canada Post is currently on strike, during this time we are honouring Canada Post rates with best available courier.

Shipment status

After placing your order, check my account to track the status of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is ready to ship.

Damages

If you feel that you have received the wrong product or your product arrived damaged, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
