Shipping

When will my order ship?

Standard in-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will ship the next business day.

$20 flat rate shipments to KPMG offices (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British
Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Price Edward
Island) are distributed through interoffice mail via KPMG’s Toronto North
mailroom in Vaughan, Ontario.
Flat rate orders generally require 5 – 7 days for delivery.

Special order, pre-order or exclusives

Products offered as ‘Special order’, ‘Pre-order’ or ‘Exclusives’ may have extended
production and shipping timelines. These details are published within the products’ description.

IMPORTANT: Orders containing ‘Pre-order’ or ‘Special order’ items will ship when all
the products are available
. We do not split-ship orders. Please order accordingly.

Shipping notifications

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when your order is ready to
ship.

After placing your order, check the ‘my account’ page to track the status
of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Live rates from Canada Post™ and FedEx® are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, quantities and dimensional weight of your order.

Within the GTA local couriers may be used when it is the best available option.

Flat rate shipping:
K-Swag offers $20 flat rate shipping to KPMG office locations in Manitoba,
Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick,
Newfoundland & Labrador, Price Edward Island.

Simply select the $20 ‘pick-up’ option for your local office at checkout.

Flat rate shipments are sent out twice per week via KPMG's mailroom in Vaughan, ON. You can expect your order in 5 to 7 business days.

Special order:
Special order products are quoted and invoiced separately. This is because, special
orders may contain large quantities and be packaged in multiple boxes. Retail live rates cannot calculate these variables.

Has my order shipped?

To view order status click ‘my account’ icon in the upper upper-right corner on the k-swag site or the ‘my account’ link in the footer menu.

You will also receive shipping and delivery confirmation emails that include tracking. (On most orders*)

How do I track my order?

Once an order is processed for shipping you will receive a ‘shipping confirmation’ email with tracking information. You can also check ‘my account’ for shipment details. (On most orders*)

How do I change quantities, cancel or edit my order?

Please contact customer service to edit or cancel your order.

My order didn't arrive

In ‘my account’ check the order fulfillment status. If your order displays ‘delivered’,
check with your shipping department to confirm if your order has arrived.

If they have not received it, please contact customer service for assistance. You will receive email notifications when your order is ready to ship, when it is on its way, and when it is delivered.

Items are missing or damaged in my shipment

Please contact customer service immediately if you receive an order
with damage or missing parts.

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you are unhappy with your order or need to exchange a product please contact customer service.

Customer service will require your order number and email address.

You must return the items within 30 days of the purchase date. A $10 restocking fee will apply.

Pricing and payment

What are my payment options?

K-Swag currently offers credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) or invoicing payment options via ‘KPMG account information’. During the checkout process you may choose one of the available payment options.

For invoicing, you must know your ‘KPMG account information’, comprised of company code, business code and cost centre code. This information can be obtained from your KPMG Finance contact.

‘Local campus code’ may be required for campus recruitment orders.

Special orders, ‘custom orders’ placed outside of K-Swag will be invoiced to you.

What Is my 'KPMG Account Information'?

For invoicing, you must know your ‘KPMG account information’, comprised of company code, business code and cost centre code. This information can be obtained from your KPMG Finance contact.

What is my ‘Local Campus Code’?

This is an optional field for tracking campus recruitment orders. Ask your manager if you do not know your ‘Local Campus Code’.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, sales tax is calculated based on the provincial tax of the shipping address.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately and should appear within 24 hours of an
order being placed.

The vendor will appear as K-Swag or SVS Marketing on your credit card statement.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice

Click on 'my account’ to view order information. Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address on file. For ‘special orders’ and ‘custom orders’ made outside of K-Swag please contact us.

To find the product(s) you're looking for:

  1. Browse by category in the ‘main navigation menu’ to reveal product collections.
    On collection pages, use filters to narrow down your search.

  2. Click the magnifying glass icon, (upper-right) and type a keyword into the search field to find relevant products.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on the appropriate link in the main menu, footer menu or site icons.

Quick tip: When hovering your cursor over site content actionable items like clickable links will underline or animate.

You may also use the search function (magnifying glass) to quickly find content on the site.

Breadcrumbs located at the top of the page display your path through the site and are hyperlinked allowing you to return to those pages.

How do I use a discount code or gift card?

A discount code field appears at checkout. Access checkout by clicking on the
shopping cart icon and follow the steps.
