What to expect next: 

  • If you choose delivery to your local mailroom, you’ll be notified by email when your items are on the way.

  • If you selected home delivery, you’ll receive an email when your items are on the way with a tracking number. 

     

Social media and branding

  • Can KPMG employees share/post products on social media?


    Yes. Recipients may post OVO x KPMG products on social media.

  • Can I add custom logo decoration to the products?

    No. Only KPMG branding is allowed, no other logos or customizations. These items are pre logo decorated.


Shipping, fulfillment and delivery

  • I missed the free office shipping window from May 14th – May 29th. What now?

    Unfortunately, this is a limited-time offer. However, if quantities last post-May 29th, you can opt for the home delivery for a standard fee. See checkout for additional details.

  • I placed my order during 14th – May 29th, what happens next?


    After the order window closes, your order will be shipped either directly to you or to one of four main offices (based on your selection at checkout).  If shipped to a main office, it will then be forwarded to your local office for pickup.  Please note, if you have selected a local office other than (Toronto BAC, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary), you will be notified directly from your local mailroom when shipment has been received.
From the date of purchase, you can expect to receive your OVO x KPMG swag within 4 – 5 weeks. 

  • How do I update my shipping address after ordering?

  • Why am I not getting free shipping?
    Free shipping does not apply to residential shipping or orders outside the free office shipping window of May 14 - 29. If you add non-OVO products to the cart the order is not eligible for free shipping.

  • I have questions about my order, who do I contact?

Ordering, changes and cancellations

  • How do I check my size?


    Please refer to OVO sizing chart.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    No. All OVO x KPMG items are exclusive, limited-edition products. As such, all sales are final - no changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted, regardless of the standard K-Swag return policy.

  • How do I track my package and how will I be notified when it's on the way?
    For residential and main office shipping: You’ll receive email notifications when your order ships and when it’s delivered. You can track your order progress in your account.


  • Why was my order canceled?
    Orders are canceled if they include non-OVO items. Please place any non-OVO items as a separate order.


  • I want to place a large OVO order (more than 3 items).
What should I know?

    Orders are limited to a maximum of three (3) OVO x KPMG items per order. For team orders, multiple orders may be placed; however, each order must not exceed the three-item limit. All orders are subject to product availability while supplies last.

  • Will there be restocks after the order window?


    We’ll be assessing post launch, thank you for your interest.







Payment and charges

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    KPMG account information and major credit cards accepted.
(MasterCard, Amex, Visa). We are now accepting K-Swag e-Gift cards. Please note we do not accept OVO gift cards.

  • Will I be charged at checkout or when the order ships?

    You will be charged at checkout.
