Social media and branding

  • Can KPMG employees share/post products on social media?
    Yes. Recipients may post KPMG x lululemon products on social media, but do not tag lululemon or share our exclusive pricing. For more information, please review our terms and conditions.

  • Can I add custom logo decoration to the products?
    No. Only KPMG branding is allowed, no other logos or customizations. We’ll update this FAQ if the policy changes.


Shipping, fulfillment and delivery

  • I missed the order window from October 8 – October 22. What now?
    Unfortunately, this is a limited time offer. There may be opportunities in the future for us to offer additional exclusive drops.

  • I placed my order, what happens next?
    After the order window closes, items are processed and sent for KPMG logo decoration. Once decorated, your order will be shipped either directly to you or to one of four main offices (based on your selection at checkout).  If shipped to a main office, it will then be forwarded to your local office for pickup.  Please note, if you have selected a local office other than (Toronto BAC, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary), you will be notified directly from your local mailroom when shipment has been received.
    From the date of purchase, you can expect to receive your lululemon x KPMG swag within 6 – 8 weeks, depending on inventory availability.

  • How do I update my shipping address after ordering?
    Please contact us.

  • Why am I not getting free shipping?
    Free shipping does not apply to residential shipping or orders of more than 6 items.

  • Why is my order delayed?
    Item availability depends on current inventory. If stock runs out, additional time may be required for restocking.

  • I have questions about my order, who do I contact?
    Please contact us.

Ordering, changes and cancellations

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    No. All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds.

  • How do I track my package and how will I be notified when it's on the way?

    For residential and main office shipping: You’ll receive email notifications when your order ships and when it’s delivered. You can track your order progress in your account.

    Local office shipping: Orders ship to the main office, then are forwarded to your local office for pickup. If your pickup location is not Toronto BAC, Vancouver, Montreal, or Calgary, your local mailroom will notify you when your shipment is received and ready for pickup.

  • Why was my order canceled?
    Orders are canceled if they include non-lululemon items. Please place any non-lululemon items as a separate order.

  • I want to place a large lululemon order (more than 6 items).
    What should I know?
    Read the terms and conditions and contact us to pace your order. However, free shipping does not apply to orders with more than 6 items.

  • Will there be restocks after the pre-order window?
    We’ll assess after launch, thank you for your interest.



Sizing and product info

  • How do I check my size?
    Please refer to lululemon’s sizing chart here.

  • What should I do if my order includes defective items?
    We hope there won’t be, but if there are, please contact us.

Payments and charges

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    KPMG Account Information and major credit cards accepted.
    (MasterCard, Amex, Visa). We do not accept Lululemon gift cards.

  • Will I be charged at checkout or when the order ships?
    You will be charged at checkout.
