Special order products are not held in stock but made-to-order. They are subject to longer lead times and minimum order quantities.

  • A special order quote request is not a commitment to buy.
  • K-Swag will review the quote and contact you before proceeding.
  • Lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary per product.
  • Order requests must meet the product's listed MOQ.
  • You cannot mix special order with in-stock products.
  • Payment is collected before the order is produced.
  • Shipping and taxes are extra.
  • There are no returns on special orders.
